Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Health & Fitness philosophy?

I believe that each person is uniquely designed with special gifts and different challenges. When it comes to someone’s health journey, I try to enhance God-given talents while helping each client overcome obstacles through education, regular accountability, developing valuable systems, building healthy habits and focusing on consistent progress instead of perfection. Some key areas of focus include nutrition, fitness, hydration, sleep and stress.

I am a strong believer that functional fitness is the best approach for most people starting out. This means that the exercises you perform should help (and not hurt) your everyday activities. Some key elements of functional fitness include muscular strength and endurance with an emphasis on flexibility, mobility, balance and coordination; all with pain-free movement and full range of motion.

How much does it cost?

The price of each service varies and can all be customized to fit your budget. You have the option to pay monthly in advance or all at once. We look at it as a long-term investment in your health and aim to make it well worth your time, energy and investment.

Can you help someone virtually?

Yes! All of our coaching services are 100% online, so we are able to serve people from any location!

How long is each plan?

A typical plan for most of our services requires a 3 or 6 month commitment. This is based off of having enough time to work towards your goals, creating healthy habits and seeing positive results. If you want to try something out before making a long-term commitment, we can also offer a 1 week trial.

What are your typical hours?

We can schedule appointments as early as 6am and as late as 4pm (CST). Availability may change week to week, and we recommend you book at least two weeks in advance. We currently do not offer night or weekend appointments, but this may change in the future depending on demand.

I’ve suffered from back pain for years. Can you still help me?

Yes! Our Mobility + Longevity plan is specifically designed for becoming more mobile while working around minor injuries or previous surgeries. We can also work in tandem with other health care professionals, such as a massage therapist or chiropractor. Another good way to reduce body inflammation and soreness can be with a Nutrition + Habit Coaching plan.

What business group size would be ideal for Corporate Wellness?

Small businesses or business groups with fewer than 100 employees would be the recommended size for most Corporate Wellness plans starting out.
