Personal Training

Personal Training is designed for individuals (1 on 1) or small groups (2 on 1) who are interested in improving their overall fitness levels. Each online plan is customized to meet and exceed client goals while taking into account current health and activity levels, current habits, previous injuries and preferred workout intensity.

This method of training can be effective for achieving weight loss, muscle gain, maintaining optimal fitness levels or improving overall health.

Some key areas of focus include strength, endurance, flexibility, core and balance.

A typical Personal Training plan includes:

  • Introduction Call with Fitness Overview (30 minutes)

  • 1-2 Training Sessions/Week

  • Weekly Fitness Plan

  • Access to the KF Online Community Forum

  • Fitness Assessments (optional)

  • Monthly Coaching Calls (optional)

A typical Personal Training workout includes:

  • Warm-Up

  • Balance & Core Activation

  • Main Exercise Movements

  • Client Choice

  • Cool-Down & Recovery
