Nutrition + Habit Coaching

Nutrition + Habit Coaching is designed for individuals who are interested in improving their overall health and wellbeing by creating long-term, healthy habits. Each plan is customized to meet and exceed client goals.

This method of coaching can be effective for achieving weight loss, overall health improvement and/or longevity aspirations. Some common areas of focus include nutrition, fitness, hydration, sleep and stress.

A typical Nutrition + Habit Coaching plan includes:

  • Introduction Call with Nutrition Overview (30 minutes)

  • Access to KF Health Tracker (Monitoring goals, habits and progress)

  • Access to the KF Online Community Forum

  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins

  • Coaching / Accountability Calls (30-60 minutes/month)
